Dorado Beach Estates

These were the first plots of land sold by Lawrence Rockefeller, and his home used to be here back in the 1950s, lending an aura of historical significance to the community. Located on the north side of the Resort, the Estates offer residents the largest land lots in the Resort, all of which are an acre or larger, providing ample space and privacy to create a one-of-a-kind home within a very private neighborhood. The neighborhood boasts homes that were built back in the 90s by very well-known architects, adding to the area's rich history. Additionally, this is where Ricky Martin, the famous Puerto Rican artist, resides when visiting, further enhancing the community's allure.
