The Fairways

A condo community comprised of small clusters of villas, all boasting picturesque views of the renowned West golf course at Dorado Beach, was built in 1989. With a total of 28 units, the community offers various layouts ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms. Additionally, The Fairways operates under its own regime and HOA.

 

Residents can enjoy amenities such as a tennis court and community pool, and benefit from its convenient location on the north side of the resort, just a short walk away from the beach. Recently, the HOA approved generators for each cluster, ensuring that all residents have access to backup power during outages. These generators are maintained and serviced by the HOA, providing residents with peace of mind. Furthermore, residents of The Fairways have the option to purchase the Dorado Beach Club membership, granting them access to all the resort amenities available to club members.
